Root Cause

The platform experienced slowness due to a recent software update. This update led to increased database activity, causing the system to slow down.

Resolution

We resolved the issue by terminating ongoing database connections. Over ten queries were closed to restore normal platform performance.

Action Plan

To prevent future issues, we will redirect the software to a different server, such as the disaster recovery server, to minimize impact on the main system.
