Scheduled - On Sunday, July 14th at 11:00 am UTC (8:00 am GMT-03), there will be a maintenance for approximately 30 minutes that will impact the availability of all apps, features, API (GraphQL) and the platform itself.

We'll use this time to apply an infrastructure structural improvement to our databases to apply security updates to meet best practices, to enforce stability on the environment and uplift the performance of our applications.

During the scheduled period, apps/features/API (GraphQL) and the platform itself will not work properly as previously stated.

After the maintenance period is complete, all operations will be resumed to an operational state.

Resolved - This degradation has been marked as resolved. Pipefy Engineering team keeps monitoring the platform to make sure that no customer are affected anymore with this problem.

Monitoring - The DE team has escalated vertically the databases in order to be able to process the big volume of requests and queries. A fix is deployed. Pipefy Engineering team is currently monitoring the platform right now to make sure all the components and features are back to normal.

Update - The degradation is directly related to database exhaustion caused by an overload of requests coming from some customers running a big operation.
