Root Cause

The filters, reports, and cards were taking a long time to load due to excessive disk usage and increased search latency.

Resolution

We resolved the issue by rolling back to a previous state and reindexing the data from midnight until ten o'clock the following day.

Action Plan

Decrease backup latency to ensure faster rollback in case of need.
