On August 18th at noon UTC, Pipefy will perform planned maintenance in the multi-tenant environment, on the Dashboards RDS instance. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance system performance and security, we will be upgrading our database version.
During this time, our customers might notice a delay in the data shown on dashboards and in the responses from the AI agent about Pipe metrics (The AI agent will still respond quickly, but the data may be outdated due to the ongoing update).
